Mango Croissants

Recovering from laser eye surgery this past week (no more glasses, woot woot!) has given me plenty of screen-free time to whip up these mango croissants 🥐.

They’re infused with mango flavour and packed with mango compote—think Jollibee mango pie in croissant form! 🤤
