Bamboo Cake

Have your (bamboo) cake and eat it too! 🎍

I was very inspired by the 3D printed bamboo creations by @forgecoreco and @elle.stvdio and came up with this idea of a cake that you could take on a picnic with friends and it would have everything you needed to enjoy the cake. Lots of research and experimenting before I landed on this final dessert.

The elements of the cake are:

• Yuzu matcha opera cake with matcha sponge cake, yuzu-matcha ganache and yuzu white chocolate buttercream

• The bamboos are made of egg roll cookies

• The edible forks are made with gingerbread cookie dough
